Linking the Use of Ergonomics Methods to Workplace Social Sustainability: The Ovako Working Posture Assessment System and Rapid Entire Body Assessment Method

This article concretizes the continuous development of social sustainability in organizations based on ergonomics methods and tools, among others. Numerous scientific studies have already revealed many reasons for justifying balanced efforts towards organizational sustainability, including its economic, social, environmental dimensions. Because dimension is recognized as weakest often neglected, it placed at forefront present research. The link between workplace concept provided through 17 underlying indicators framework proposed a previous study. OWAS REBA ergonomic risk assessment were used toolmaking company to study how results can be directly or indirectly determine size value framework. research finds that direct use not possible, but certain implementation proposals response identified levels affects up four out five factors constitute suitable address concerns. encourages companies tools develop workplace.
